The Indian River School District Pre-K "2024-2025 Application Period" is now OPEN!
Dear Parent/Guardian,
This is only an application for the Early Learning programs, not registration. Applying for the Early Learning programs does not guarantee placement into the programs. Depending on the the program choice, parents will be asked to submit additional documents.
Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP) Application
ECAP program offer free preschool services for Delaware’s three- and four-year-old children with qualifying risk factors. Families must meet the federal poverty guidelines in order to be considered to these programs. The goal is to prepare children to be successful in kindergarten and beyond through education in the areas of language, literacy, social-emotional, physical development, health, nutrition and mental wellness.

Tuition Application
Tuition program provides preschool services for three or four-year-old children at an affordable rate. The goal is to prepare children to be successful in kindergarten and beyond through education in the areas of language, literacy, social-emotional, physical development, health, nutrition and mental wellness.
After submitting application, a Thank You window will pop up, if you do not see this, make sure to scroll up and fill out the entire application (red boxes will indicate missing information)!
